THE A69 has reopened after a lorry fire this morning.
The road was closed in both directions near the B6528 Heddon-on-the-Wall as emergency services tackled the fire.
Diversions had been in place.

Northumbria Police confirmed earlier today that they received a report at around 8.15am today (Friday) that a lorry carrying hay bales was on fire.
Fire crews from Hexham, Ponteland and Prudhoe along with three crews from Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service attended the incident.
