A MUCH-LOVED annual dog show has been hailed a success by organisers and attendees.
The Tynedale Hunt Supporters Club Terrier Lurcher, Whippet, Gun Dog Dachshund and Family Dog Show 2024, was back for another year on Sunday, April 28.
The event was held at Spital Farm in Horsley with the permission of Mrs Verity Johnson.
James Walby Chairman of the THSC was delighted by the good turn out of all breeds of dog.
He said: "All the classes were well supported and the amount of spectators to this popular annual show, the Gun Dog Scurry provided great entertainment and attracted plenty of entries.
"The Child Handlers class which was judge by Steve Griffiths provided a lot of amusement as the dogs seemed to be in charge of the children.
"There were plenty of rosettes and sweets handed out so everyone was happy."
