MATFEN Hall was the venue for the wedding of Adam Andrew Kelsey and Victoria Marie Webster on Saturday, October 13.
The bridegroom is the eldest son of Paul and Erica Kelsey of South Woodford, London, and works as a tree surgeon in Essex.
He attended Woodbridge High School in South Woodford, London, and studied at the University of Surrey.
The bride is the eldest daughter of Barrie and Beverley Webster, of Wylam, and works within the human resources team for Ernst and Young in London.
She attended Hexham’s Queen Elizabeth High School and studied at the University of Sunderland.
The bride wore a strapless gown of ivory Alecon lace, which was complemented by an antique hand beaded jewel belt. A full-length, single-tiered ivory veil sprinkled with crystals finished the outfit.
She carried a hand-tied bouquet of ivory and lilac roses, purple lisianthus and ivory veronica, held together by an ivory satin tie and her grandmother’s brooch.
The chief bridesmaid was Claire Cable, best friend of the bride. The bride’s younger sisters, Katie and Lucy Webster were her bridesmaids.
They wore satin dresses in deep purple with a diamante brooch and carried hand-tied bouquets of ivory roses with diamante pins.
Daughter of the bride’s best friend, Isabelle Cable, was a flower girl and wore an ivory taffeta dress, sprinkled with crystals.
Best man was Lawrence Wright, a close friend of the bridegroom since school.
The groomsmen were Ian Kelsey, the bridegroom’s younger brother, Richard Antrobus, the bride’s future brother-in-law and Irfan Mohammed, a close friend of the couple.
The bride was given away by her father and readings included On Your Wedding Day read by Claire Cable and I Carry Your Heart read by Lucy Webster.
The wedding breakfast and evening reception both took place at Matfen Hall and the newlyweds honeymooned in the Dominican Republic.
