The bride is the daughter of Barry and Julie Kadleck, of Hexham. She attended Dame Allan’s School before studying at Northumbria University and now works as a civil servant in Newcastle.
Given away by her father, the bride wore a lace dress with pearl detail and cathedral length train and veil.
She carried a bouquet of ivory lilies and roses, with coral roses and trailing ivy.
She was accompanied by bridesmaids, school friend Catherine Thomas, university friend Jane Hardcastle and cousin Sophie Earl.
The bridesmaids wore floor-length dresses of coral chiffon and carried ivory and coral roses.
They were joined by the bride’s cousin Emma Blunden and bridegroom’s niece Bethan Davies who were flower-girls and wore ivory chiffon dresses.
Schoolfriend of the bridegroom, Wayne Dennis was best man and was joined by ushers Peter Daglish, Jonathan Dixon, Nick Thornton and Richard Nixon.
Canon Michael Jackson conducted the wedding ceremony, which included hymns Give Me Joy in My Heart, Make Me a Channel of Your Peace and Love Divine with accompaniment from organist Marcus Wibberly.
The Abbey was decorated with coral roses, gypsophila and ivory ribbon and bridesmaid Sophie performed Pachelbel’s canon in D on the flute during the signing of the register.
