SPARKE, David. The family would like to thank all relatives and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad loss. Many thanks for the lovely cards and letters received and generous donations for the Alzheimer's Society in memory of David. With very special thanks to management and staff at Dene Grange Care Home for their wonderful kindness and care for David and the family during his stay with them for which we will always be grateful. Special thanks to John Paul for the lovely service and all his help and support. With many thanks to Norma and staff at the Co-op Funeralcare.
