BLACKBURN, Sam. Formerly of Park Village. Died peacefully on Thursday, 5th October, 2017 aged 67 years. Sam, a dear dad, granda and brother who will be very sadly missed by all family and his many friends. Private cremation to take place followed by a thanksgiving service at Haltwhistle Methodist Church on Monday, 23rd October at 1.15pm. All Welcome.
