DEES, John James. Formerly of the Anchor Hotel, Haydon Bridge. Born 10th September, 1939 at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield, Durham. Died unexpectedly on 9th December, 2017 at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle. John, the cherished, wonderful husband of Vivienne (née Calvert), deeply loved and proud dad to Jonathan and Rachel and loving father-in-law of Carrie and Bill. Will friends please meet for a funeral service and cremation at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Tuesday, 19th December at 2.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Sweet be your sleeping my dearest love, you have been heaven's gift to me since 1961. Forever you will live in our hearts.
