HOWARTH, Stephen. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on the evening of 17th December, 2017 at the age of 95 years, joining his beloved wife Sheila. He was much loved and will be missed by his daughter Jane and son Peter, brother Eric, sister-in-law Ruth, and by his grandchildren Tom, Sarah and Jenny. His funeral will be held at Westgate Crematorium, Newcastle on Thursday 28th December at 9.30am, followed by a wake in Corbridge. The family have requested that, instead of flowers, donations are sent to Cancer Research UK.
