BATEY, John. Peacefully in hospital on 26th March, 2018 aged 91 years. John, beloved husband of Rita, much loved dad of John, Pauline and Adrian, father-in-law of Susan, Brian and Sarah and loving grandad and great-grandad. We will miss him so much. Funeral service will take place at St Giles Church, Chollerton on Thursday, 12th April at 2pm followed by private interment. Flowers welcome but if preferred, donations to the British Heart Foundation. Friends please meet at church.
