PORTER-COLLARD, Sam. The family would like to extend an open invitation to the funeral service of Sam Porter-Collard who died suddenly on Thursday, 26th April, 2018. The service will take place at Hexham Abbey on Thursday, 17th May at 3pm and refreshments will be available after the service until 5.30pm. Please join us in celebrating Sam's life, whether you wish to attend in memory of Sam or in support of friends and family. No flowers. You can make a donation to Brain Tumour Research via www.justgiving.com by seaching for 'in memory of Sam Porter-Collard'.
