PRINS, Rev Canon Stanley. Died peacefully on 28th June, 2018 following a short illness. Stanley, husband of Marion. Father of Lucy, Kath and Simon and grandad to Lucas, Megan, Sam, Josh and Dan. Former vicar of Humshaugh, Simonburn and Wark and previously of Chapel House, St Thomas' Newcastle and Benwell, Newcastle. Former padre to 101st (Northumbrian) Regiment Royal Artillery. Retired to Bardon Mill. Funeral will be held at St Peter's Church, Humshaugh on Monday, 16th July at 2pm. Refreshments will be served in the village hall afterwards. Retiring collection will be for The Children's Society and SSAFA.
