PROCTOR, Jean (née Hepple). Formerly of Haltwhistle. Peacefully in Kent on 19th March, 2018 aged 91 years. Jean, a beloved wife of the late William, much loved mum, nan and great-nan who will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends.
