MAKEPEACE George William Hexham On March 18th 2019, after a short illness, aged 91 years, George, beloved husband of the late Beryl, dearly loved dad to Nigel and Valerie, father-in-law to Lorraine and Davey, also a loving granda to Gemma, Jamie, Fiona and Helen, and great granda to Ruairi and Millie. George will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Cremation at West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Friday, March 29th at 1.15pm, followed by a service of celebration at Hexham Abbey at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please. A retiring collection will be taken for Marie Curie Hospice and Hexham Abbey.
