SUMNER Lily (née McRoberts) Acomb Peacefully, in Charlotte Straker Care Home, Corbridge on 8th August, 2019 aged 94 years, after a long and active life. Loving mother to Alan, Jean, Kathleen and Richard, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother. Cremation at Newcastle West Road Crematorium on Friday, 23rd August at 10.15am to be followed by a service of thanksgiving at St John Lee Church, Acomb, Hexham at 11.30am. No flowers please, but donations to The Charlotte Straker Project are very welcome.
