HOPE Pauline (née Smart) West Wylam Passed away on 29th September, 2019 aged 68 years. Beloved wife of Brian, a much loved mam of Steven and Carolyn, mother-in-law to Gavin. A devoted grandma to Connor, Abbey, Sam and Amber. A loving sister to Linda. Will be sadly missed. Would friends please meet for service at St Mary Magdalene Church, Prudhoe on Friday, 11th October, 2019 at 11.15am followed by cremation at Mountsett Crematorium, Dipton. Flowers welcome.
