THORNS Raymond Walter Hexham, formerly of Longhorsley Peacefully on 23rd January, 2020 aged 87 years. Ray, beloved husband of June. Devoted dad of Angela and Nigel and much loved father-in-law to Dennis and Dawn. Treasured grandad of Eve, Emma and Tom and loving great-grandad and brother of Brian and the late Alan. Family and friends please meet for the funeral service at St Helen's Church, Longhorsley on Tuesday, 11th February at 11.45am followed by cremation at the West Road Crematorium, Newcastle at 1.15pm. Family flowers only please, donations to the Alzheimer's Society for which a collection will be made at the church.
