YOUNG Philip Otterburn A loving husband, dad and grandad. Phil died peacefully at home on the 14th December surrounded by his family. He will be sadly missed and was loved by all. The family would especially like to thank the District Nursing Team and Tynedale Hospice at Home. Donations in lieu of flowers to Tynedale Hospice at Home.
