KEEN Joseph Bell (Joe) Haltwhistle. Peacefully in the R.V.I. on Wednesday 20th January 2021, aged 87 years, Joe a dearly beloved husband of Pat, much loved dad to Paul, Susan and Julie, loving granda and great-granda, who will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Family funeral to take place, cortege to leave home address at 10.15am on Wednesday 10th February.
