STOKER John (Jack) Hexham Passed away peacefully at Lowgate Care Home on Father's Day 20th June 2021, aged 94 years. Jack beloved husband of Joan loved father of Philip and daughter-in-law Hazel and family. Till we meet again. A private service and cremation has taken place.
