McCAFFREY Patricia Hexham Peacefully on 12th September 2022, aged 74 years. Patricia much loved Mum of Paul and Martin, a loving Grandma to Emily and Poppy. Service to take place at Hexham Abby on Tuesday 27th September at 1.30pm, followed by interment in St Andrew's Cemetery, Hexham. Family flowers only please, donations may be given in Pat's memory to Cancer Research UK c/o Dodd's of Hexham, NE46 2EW.Tributes

So sad to lose a very great friend. We’ve been through so much together in the last 40+ years, shared happiness and sadness, hard times and good times, but we made it. I’m going to miss you so much and can’t believe I’ll never see you again, but I’m glad your suffering has ended. Rest well my friend. Much love always to you and the boys. ****
