CARR Thomas William "Billy" Formerly of Dunterley Farm, Bellingham. Passed away peacefully on 3rd September 2023 aged 86 years. Much loved husband of Irene, Dad of Richard, Edward and Charles. Father in law of Lynne and Laura. Grandad of Tom, Ellie, Alex, William and Katie. Private Cremation. All friends and family welcome to a tea to celebrate Billy's life at Bellingham Town Hall on Friday 15th September at 2pm. Casual dress.
