McKENDRICK Michael Acomb, Dr Michael (Mike) McKendrick MBE Died peacefully at Close House, Juniper on Thursday 28th March, aged 91. Loving and much loved husband of Tricia, cherished father of Brigid, Andrew and Joanna and much loved grandpa and great-grandpa. Grateful thanks to all the staff of Close House for the care and compassion shown to Mike and all the family at this difficult time. A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday 18th April at St John Lee Church, Acomb followed by a private burial and a reception at Hexham Golf Club.
