NEWTON Laurence (Stamfordham) Peacefully after a life well lived. In hospital with his loving family close by. On Wednesday 18th September 2024 aged 90 years, Laurence. Dearly beloved husband to Audrey, a loving dad of Robin, Gillian, Clive and father-in-law to Avril, Susie and the late Andy, a proud grandad to Josh, Chris, Elaine, Jennifer, David and Maya and a special friend to so many. Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at St Mary's Church Stamfordham on Monday 7th October at 11:30 am followed by burial and farewell. No flowers by family request please donations if so desired to Cancer Research UK.
