Sam died peacefully at home on 31st October aged 48 years. A flood of tributes to Sam speaks of how he touched every heart around him with his infectious warmth, his sharp wit and his ability to see the humour in all of life’s challenges. He was ‘a man who left us all better and happier.’ Sam was a proud father to Xander, Mika, and Nico, his love for them radiating in everything he did and a loving husband to Lucinda.

An uplifting celebration of Sam’s life will take place at 1.30pm on 22nd November in Hexham Abbey. No dress code.
