Passed away peacefully on the 6th of November 2024 aged 87 years, surrounded by her loving family. Elsie, beloved wife of Ivan, devoted mam of Steven and Alison, much loved mother-in-law to Nigel and Helen, treasured grandma to Katherine, Euan, Charlotte, Jessica, Lucy, Hugh and Will. A special sister and friend to many, she will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Friends are invited to join Elsie’s family to celebrate her life at St Giles Church, Chollerton, on Friday 22nd November at 11.30am followed by burial in the churchyard. Everyone is most welcome to join the family for refreshments at Barrasford Village Hall after the service. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu to Crohn’s and Colitis UK.
