We are unique , and the only plan in the country that is safe for children, pregnant/ breast feeding mums, diabetes sufferers to follow safely. But we all know that changing our food is easy, right? Yes in the first weeks it is but habits are tough to change that’s why we are trained as consultants in the psychology behind slimming and offer additional services.

Genuine compassion and care underpin all aspects of our approach. Slimming World’s unique support system – Individual Motivation And Group Experience – combines multiple levels of individual support and group participation in a motivating environment that avoids any criticism, control, or judgement.

For many overweight people, successful long-term weight loss can only be achieved by tackling deep emotional issues and support is only effective when it is delivered with genuine warmth, compassion, empathy and mutual respect.

Based on a deep understanding of how people with a weight problem feel, and hence behave, Slimming World’s support system is designed to increase members’ feelings of self-worth and confidence in their ability to manage their weight. The aim of our weekly support system is to ensure members feel empowered and equipped with the necessary skills to develop lasting self-determined behaviour change one week at a time.

Our dedication to ensure we provide the best support for our members through all stages of their weight loss journey doesn’t start with training but with recruitment. All our Consultants have been Slimming World members themselves and are selected through an interview process to ensure they have the necessary personal qualities and aptitude to empathise with, and support people in managing their weight.

cClass Training

Hexham Courant:

cClass Training is about becoming physically and mentally successful in a sustainable manner.

You will have an idea of what level you want to be at, physically and in your headspace. If your physical and/or mental health is not where you want it to be, through physical training we can have a positive impact on both these areas of your life.

I do the basics, to a high standard. My aim is to make the basics of physical training easy and deliverable to you for both physical and mental well-being. I understand the impact training can have on mental clarity and stability, and will bring you the tools you need to help hit your own fitness goals. I value recovery from training just as critical as pushing yourself out of your comfort zone when exercising.

Through a personalised training program, I will help you find the balance between less intense, but essential factors of training, and vigorous training approaches for specific adaptations to the body.

cClass stands for: Constantly Crattle Limits = Achieve Sustained Success.
