OUTDOOR cinema screenings are set to take place outside Hexham Abbey this summer.
Forum Cinema are hosting screenings of popular films Top Gun and Bohemian Rhapsody in August.
Top Gun will be shown on Friday, August 6, while Bohemian Rhapsody will be shown on Friday, August 13.
Both films will start at 8.45pm.
The screenings are ticketed and will take place on the grass lawn next to the Abbey's clositer porch, so Forum Cinema are advising people to bring a chair or blanket.
Tickets are £10 each and are available to book online, in the Forum Cinema's café bar or via telephone on 01434 601144.
Last summer, Forum Cinema hosted outdoor screenings of musicals The Greatest Showman and Grease.
Tickets for both these shows sold out within hours of being released.
