A middle aged psychic from Hexham ditched her career aged 45 to take up plus size glamour modelling in order to ‘feel sexy again’ after piling on the pounds.

Claire Wallace, 48, started modelling in 2017 after putting on five stone - and going from a size 10 to a size 18.

The mum-of-one was inspired by a friend who had tried pin-up modelling- and caught the bug herself.

She gave up her job as a psychic medium to follow her modelling dream and ‘hasn’t looked back’.

The former clairvoyant’s racy pics have appeared in Australian Glamour and Boudoir Magazine, Femme Rebelle, Garters and Grills- and many more.

Claire said: ‘’I wanted to prove to myself that I could still be sexy, even though I had put on weight and that it’s never too late to chase your dreams.

‘’I don’t believe in societal norms, for me it’s all about being happy and doing a job that you really enjoy.

‘’People expect a woman my age to work in Tesco, well that’s not for me - I love highlighting my curves now,

“I’m blonde, busty and full of sex appeal.’’

The former psychic, who suffers from a thyroid condition, ballooned from a size 10 to a size 18 between 2010- 2020 after putting on five stone.

Despite regular exercise and a healthy diet, Claire now 15st, just couldn’t shift the pounds.

Claire, also known as Seline Benedict in glamour modelling circles, said: ‘’I was finally diagnosed in 2020 after struggling with my weight and exhaustion for years.

‘’Of course it affected my confidence but I didn’t want to be feeling rubbish about myself.

‘’I just want to show women that you can be sexy with extra weight on and stretch marks.

‘’Being an advocate for natural beauty is really important to me.

‘’I’m no spring chicken but I think I’m doing pretty good...I’ve got lumps and bumps just like everyone else.
