THERE were 209 new, positive cases recorded in Northumberland yesterday (Thursday), Public Health England data shows.
The total number of cases in the county now stands at 25,578 since the start of the pandemic.
Meanwhile, No further Covid-related deaths have been recorded at Northumbria Healthcare hospitals.
The death toll at the trust’s hospitals remains at 739, according to NHS England figures.
Northumberland County Council publishes the number of positive cases recorded in each council ward. The figures, which are updated daily, show the number of positive cases recorded over the latest seven-day period.
