Nothing says 'summer holidays' like a good old British downpour.
With heavy rain set in for the week, and the kids climbing the walls, we asked our readers for their top suggestions for rainy days out with the little ones.
Cirque Du Hilarious was highly recommended by Lynne Robbie, Jane Gibson, Lindsey Hitch, Simon Ferrier and Gibbie Optional Raine.
The show, hosted by CBBC's Danny and Mick, is in the Laughter Dome Big Top at Brockbushes Farm and Tearoom in Corbridge, with two shows a day Tuesday to Friday and three on Saturdays and Sundays until the end of August.
Simon said: "These guys are incredible. Honestly, not like your typical circus!"

The film is suitable for all ages and is screened daily at 1:30pm. Book at forumhexham.com.
