RESEARCH shows that Northumberland is the fourth unhappiest location in the UK according to homebuyers.
The research was conducted by Online Mortgage Advisor who analysed social media posts using hashtags related to recent home purchases.
The unhappiest location for homebuyers is Cambridgeshire whose buyers are 85.3% unhappier than the average UK homebuyer.
Research also found that the happiest location for homebuyers is York, homebuyers here are 11.8% happier than the average U.K. homebuyer.
