Hexham Farmers' Market has been named as one of the best in the UK.
The twice-monthly market has long been popular in the town, and iNews have now named it in their top 40 best UK farmers' markets.
They wrote: "A long-established market in the heart of the historic town of Hexham, all producers come from within a 50-mile range of the town and are passionate about what they do."
Other North East farmers' markets named were Baildon Farmers’ Market, Northern Dales Farmers’ Market, and Barnard Castle Farmers’ Market.
Hexham Farmers' Market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month, from 9am-1.30pm.
