A NURSE from Hexham appeared in court accused of 'altering a medication administration chart to keep his job and avoid disciplinary action'.
David Hamilton (62), of Anick View, appeared at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 4, charged with fraud by false representation.
He is alleged to have committed the offence, contrary to sections 1 and 2 of the Fraud Act, between March 11 and March 23 2021 at Kenton in Newcastle.
Hamilton will appear at Newcastle Crown Court on June 1. He was released on unconditional bail.
