THE owners of a Northumberland pub have announced it is going to be put up for sale.
Semore Kurdi and Kevin Laing, who run The Angel Inn in Corbridge, will be leaving after 11 years.
The post said: "After almost 11 years Semore and I (Kevin) have decided to put the Angel of Corbridge on the market for sale.
"We think it is time to try and move on to new chapters of our lives but we also believe that the Angel needs new ideas and investors who can also take the Angel to its next chapter too.
"So after 11 years of rumours you now have heard it directly from the horse's mouth.
"The process could take quite a while so you can be assured that it is business as usual and that we will continue to provide great hospitality, food, and service.
"Our awesome team is fully aware, supportive, excited and looking forward to developments so please offer them your loyalty and support too.
"It is an amazing opportunity for everyone involved including the lovely and loyal people of Corbridge and its surrounding towns and villages in beautiful Northumberland."
