THE new manager of a popular Corbridge restaurant said they are enjoying a busy summer.
Alina Rosso took over the former Cassia Italian restaurant, on Front Street, in June. It is now named Casa Rosso.
Alina, who lives in Newcastle, said: "We are trying to do the best food - fresh and tasty - and make everyone happy."
She said Casa Rosso has had a busy summer so far.
Alina added: "The menu is pretty much the same, we've just added some more things.
"We are doing chef specials every week and we are trying to use fresh fish from the North East.
"We are just trying to improve."
The restaurant was previously home to Chinese restaurant Artisam.
