A MAJOR live music and entertainment venue has announced a 1,500-capacity England World Cup Fan Zone.
NX Newcastle, Newcastle's newest live music and entertainment venue, will offer football fans the ultimate World Cup party event, giving supporters the chance to come together under one roof to experience all of England's matches on the biggest indoor screen in Newcastle.
Situated within the former o2 Academy, an impressive and historic building that was once home to the iconic Majestic Cinema, the venue has undergone a major £2.75 million refurbishment.

Hosting both in-house club events and regular live shows, NX hosts live music and entertainment for emerging and established acts alike.
Starting with England's first match against Iran on November 21, NX aims to provide an immersive atmosphere, complemented by an entertaining programme of live music, top quality DJ's, and match analysis and entertainment from host, Sky Sports' Keith Downie.
The venue brings fans a world-class sound system, the biggest indoor screen in Newcastle, drinks specials, VIP packages, entertainment, and appearances from some of England's football legends.
Newcastle's favourite Britpop party-starters, The National Anthems, are among the live music acts set to perform, delivering the soundtrack of the 1990s from bands including Oasis, Blur, Stone Roses, Pulp and The Verve.
Confirmed group stage showings are on November 21, featuring England versus Iran. Kick-off starts at 1pm with doors open at 11.30am.
On November 25, England versus USA will play with kick-off at 7pm. Doors open at 5pm.
On November 29, England versus Wales will play with kick-off at 7pm, with doors opening at 5pm.

Priced from £10 (plus booking fee), VIP package prices are soon to be announced.
NX Newcastle will host Festival of the Dead on November 5, which blends circus acts, clubbing and a carnival setting against a soundtrack of rock and electronic music.
Also performing in November are Deaf Havana, James Bay and Electric Callboy.
Club events in November include Codec featuring Nathan Dawe and Farfetched featuring DJ Fresh.
