WE asked our readers what their favourite horror movie was ahead of Halloween. Here's what they said.
Colin Appleby said his favourite horror movie was the original Psycho.
Andrew David Robson said: "Men is my first horror movie. If I had the chance to see another horror movie showing in cinemas, Smile would have been the next horror movie I would have watched."

Will Bowman said his favourite was Halloween III: Season of the Witch, quoting the line: "You wouldn't believe how we got it here, oh, we had a time of it!"
Graeme Jardine said: "I think Nosferatu (1922) is the greatest film ever made. (Closely followed by Fritz Lang's Metropolis)."
Hayley Ellen Watson said: "For the cheese - Hocus Pocus.
"For the story - Saw or The Descent, Silence of the Lambs. Anything with a good storyline and not cheap jump scares and gore for the sake of it.
She added that for television her favourites were 'Haunting of Hill House, Bly Manor, and Midnight Mass'.
Carl Sutherland said: "Honestly... HalloweenTown."
Heather Place said she didn't have any favourite horror movies. "None - a load of rubbish," she said.
Patricia Barnes said: "I like Hostel and The Grudge and most other horrors."
