WE rounded up some of the most expensive houses in Northumberland that are on Zoopla's market right now. Here's what we found.
1 This four bed detached house for sale is on the market for a guide price of £595,000.

Located in Rosemount, Mickley, the freehold property has been extensively refurbished with a detached garden room, driveway parking and countryside views.

2 Another four bed detached home based in Newton, this property has a minimum price of £800,000.
A former chapel, it has retained many of its characteristics including the original chapel door, vaulted ceilings and chapel windows.

3 This stunning £1,000,000 five bed country house for sale in Heddon-on-the-Wall has a separate annexe, countryside views and a double garage.
It has a cinema room, a games room and a hot tub room.
Zoopla's website describes the period property: "West House is a hugely appealing stone-built property forming a substantial wing of a beautiful Northumberland country house."
It adds: The property offers bright, spacious and versatile interiors and the blend of traditional features and contemporary additions is perfect for modern day country living."
4 A five bed detached house for sale is on the market for £1,250,000 in Stocksfield.
Zoopla's website described the property: "Dalehead is a grand detached Edwardian house occupying an elevated position within extensive gardens and grounds with the property extending in all to around 1.5 acres. The original house is believed to have been constructed in 1907 and retains a host of period character."
It has a double garage and parking along with extensive lawned gardens.
5 Another four bed detached home on the market for £950,000 is located around four miles from Ponteland.

6 This five bed detached house in Apperley Dene, Stocksfield is on the market for £1,800,000.
Points of interest include a tennis court, a three-floor Victorian stone-built country home dating back to the 1800s, a games room and expansive countryside views.
7 This seven bed home in Riding Mill is available at a guide price for offers at £2,500,000.
