WE rounded up some of Northumberland's cheapest properties that are on Zoopla's market right now. Here's what we found.
1 This two bed cottage is on the market for £110,000.

2 This three bed town house in Prudhoe is available for £180,000.
"The property is spread over three floors and offers good size living accommodation with three bathrooms and would be ideal for a growing family," Zoopla says. "Situated in a popular location in Prudhoe close to local shops, schools and excellent road and bus links into Newcastle.
3 This three bed semi-detached house priced at £210,000 is in Wydon Park, Hexham.
The lounge is described as: "A bright and spacious room with a double glazed window to the front aspect and sliding doors opening to the rear garden, ample space for a range of furniture, feature fireplace surround, fitted carpet and two radiators.
4 Another three bed semi-detached property is on the market in Prudhoe for £155,000.
The family home has been modernised and is situated close to the town centre.
It is situated close to Waterworld, on the east side of Prudhoe. There are views across the Tyne Valley to the front and the rear garden is south facing.
5 Another three bed semi-detached house is for sale in Haydon Bridge.
The property is on the market for £130,000.
