A HEXHAM man is set to appear before magistrates next month.
Bryan Short, of Derwent Road, is accused of driving whilst disqualified and without third-party insurance earlier this year.
At a hearing at Newcastle Magistrates' Court, Short pleaded not guilty to both offences.

He was granted unconditional bail until the next magistrates hearing at the same court on April 17.
