AN arrest warrant has been issued for Casey Williams, 21, of Hexham, after failing to answer and surrender to bail.
Williams, of Maltkiln, is also accused of driving on Allendale Road while over the limit on February 18.

Williams is accused of having 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
