A COMEDY 'craftsman' is set to take to Hexham's stage later this year.
Star of Live at the Apollo and sell-out sensation Gary Delaney will perform at the Queen's Hall Arts Centre Hexham on September 21.
One of the most sought-after joke writers in the country and longstanding Mock the Week special guest, Gary's brand new show features hit after hit of the kind of one-liners only a master could craft.

The Guardian gave four stars for the show, saying: "A cavalcade of brilliantly inventive puns," while the Scotsman said: "More quality jokes in one hour than most comics have in their entire careers. Quite brilliant."
The Times called Gary 'a master craftsman,' while Chortle said: "One of Britain's grandmasters of the one-liner."
