A PRUDHOE pub is seeking a new landlord.
The Dr Syntax, owned by Star Pubs & Bars, is available for lease.
The Front Street pub remains open as normal and is trading with a temporary tenant.
Former long-term licensees Keith and Olga Stokoe, who ran the pub for 21 years, retired in 2020 and moved to Spain.

The couple spent more than two decades behind the bar of the popular pub - neither with any hospitality experience but a passion to drive the pub forward and safeguard one of the oldest buildings in the town.
Claire and Dean Hepple Brooks took over the pub, running it until 2022, when another tenant took the post.
A spokeswoman for Star Pubs & Bars said: “It is a beautiful, old pub in a prominent position in the centre of Prudhoe with a garden, sports, kitchen, parking and lots of potential. It also comes with private accommodation.
"We have therefore had a high level of interest in taking it on. We are starting interviews this week."
Annual rent on the pub is £15,350 and it has an estimated annual turnover totalling £262,606.
