A HEDDON-ON-THE-WALL motorist has had three points added to his licence.
Albert William Parish, of Aquila Drive, was given three penalty points by magistrates after he drove a Mercedes without proper control of the vehicle on August 21 last year.
He pleaded not guilty to the offence at an earlier hearing at Newcastle Magistrates' Court.
The 63-year-old has now been fined £60 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £24 and CPS costs of £620.
