A 26-YEAR-OLD man is due to appear in court after pleading guilty to driving while over the limit.
Archibold Haddow, of Charlton Cottages, drove a Citroen C1 on March 9 in Bellingham while over the alcohol limit.
He had 90mcg of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
At an earlier hearing, Haddow pleaded guilty to the offence.
He is expected to appear before magistrates in Newcastle on April 11.
