PLANS have been lodged to create new holiday lets in the Northumberland National Park.
A planning application seeking permission to form four plots containing four holiday lodges on paddock area south of an existing holiday let, Hadrian's Garden Villa near Bardon Mill, has been submitted to Northumberland County Council.
Each lodge would have an open-plan kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
They would also each have parking space for at least one vehicle, and in most cases two vehicles, a design and access statement submitted alongside the application stated.
There are plans for the existing holiday let to be used as a home for the owner to allow them to manage the new holiday lets.
For more details, visit the county council's planning portal and search reference number 23/01243/FUL.
