A mental health and learning disability service is holding a recruitment day in Morpeth.

Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne, and Wear NHS Foundation Trust (CNTW) is hosting the event for people to find out about their job and training opportunities in Northumberland and North Tyneside.

The Trust offers a range of mental health and learning disability services, including psychiatric intensive care, autism services and recovery support for people with head injuries.

The recruitment event is taking place 2pm – 7pm on May 12 at Kiff Kaff, St George’s Park Hospital.

In Northumberland, the Trust is particularly keen to recruit new employees for their domestic, catering and estates teams.

Kirsty Charlton, an associate director at CNTW, said: “We’re really looking forward to hosting this recruitment event at St George’s Park.

“The event is a brilliant opportunity to find out what it’s like to work at our Trust and pick up some tips on how to apply, whether you have a specific role in mind or you’re just curious about the career opportunities we can offer.

“It’s a great time to join the Trust. We know that our staff are our most valuable asset so we invest in training and development opportunities and offer a great range of staff benefits and rewards.”
If you’re attending the event, please be aware that the access road to St George’s Park Hospital is currently closed, follow signs for the diverted route.
