Langley Castle has been shortlisted in the Resilience and Innovation Award category, which will be held at the Warner Bros Studio Tour London – the Making of Harry Potter.
This follows Langley Castle scooping the Gold Award in this category at the NE Tourism Awards, in March 2023.Following that success, it was judged against all other regional winners of the Resilience and Innovation category and selected to be in the top three Gold winners from across the UK. It was then put forward to the national finals.
General manager Margaret Livingstone-Evans said: “We are so excited to be heading to these national finals which is a major achievement for a hotel of our size.
"We are continually innovating and creating great experiences for residents and non-residents and also showed enormous resilience during Covid-19 closures.
"We hope that our demonstrable record will help us bring home the top Gold award but, whatever the colour, it is fabulous to be flying the flag for Northumberland and its tourism sector.”
