A LANDSCAPE exhibition of Hadrian's Wall is on display at The Sill: National Landscape Discovery Centre.
Lee Johnston, from Haltwhistle, will have his work exhibited in the first-floor viewing space at The Sill until October 29.
Lee, 43, works at Fourstones Paper Mill and set up his photography business Elements Photography initially as a hobby.
"Photography went from being a hobby to getting a few prints off and then doing a few pop-up markets and now I've got my first exhibition up.
"I love visiting places I didn’t know existed and knowing my photography is hung in homes around the world – photography has played and continues to play a major role in helping me with my mental health. I couldn’t imagine life without my camera," he added.
Lee started photography again in 2021 during Covid after taking a break for several years.
He said capturing the Aurora at Sycamore Gap in October 2022 was one of his favourite moments.
Lee added The Sill has helped him in his pursuit of photography.
"The Sill helps local photographers and starts pop-up markets. The support I've had from them has been absolutely fantastic, I couldn't have got halfway to where I am now if it hadn't been for The Sill over the past two years."
