Ponteland's popular The Blackbird pub has unveiled a Christmas menu full of festive treats.
The special menu will be available from November 29 to December 23, featuring dishes such as chicken parfait with orchard fruit chutney, roast turkey with apricot and bacon stuffing, and dark chocolate delice with blackberry ice cream.
Vegetarian options are available.
The pub's Minstrel Gallery and festive tipi will also be open for private parties in the run-up to Christmas.
On Christmas Eve, they will serve their regular menu, and they'll be closed on Christmas Day.
Returning on Boxing Day through to December 30, customers can enjoy a slightly reduced ‘Bank Holiday’ menu.
For New Year's Eve, celebrations include partying with a DJ, live sax music, and a firework display.
The venue's usual menu and special items, specifically crafted for the celebration, will be served at the Tunnel Room and Minstrel Gallery.
Street food will be available in the festive tipi.
The Blackbird is inviting guests to witness the return of the Ponteland wheelbarrow race at its car park on New Year's Day, offering BBQ pizza and hot drinks throughout the day.
The Christmas Fayre menu is priced at £29 for two courses and £36 for three.
